We have ensured this through international certifications, a clear quality management system and strict adherence to data protection legislation.
Certifications
Interoplab holds certification for both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
ISO 9001 ensures the quality of our business processes. It is about continuously improving products and services, listening to clients, and working according to documented and auditable processes. You can read more about our quality approach in the Quality Management Policy.
ISO 27001 focuses on information security. We apply rigorous measures to protect data and minimise the risk of data breaches. The scope covers all systems and processes involved in handling client and healthcare data. You can read more in our Information Security Policy.
GDPR
Interoplab processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our servers are located within the European Economic Area. We do not work with parties that process data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
