ISO 9001 ensures that our business processes meet international quality standards, with a continuous focus on client satisfaction and process improvement.
ISO 27001 focuses specifically on information security. We have implemented rigorous measures to protect data and minimise the risk of data breaches. The scope covers all systems, processes and staff involved in the processing of client and healthcare data.
Scope and approach
Our information security management system (ISMS) is structured in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements. This includes:
- Risk assessment and treatment based on identified threats and vulnerabilities
- Access management and authorisation based on the need-to-know principle
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Incident management and reporting procedures in accordance with the GDPR
- Annual internal and external audits
- Security awareness training for all staff
