Quality Management Policy
We aim to deliver services of the highest possible quality. To achieve this, we continually improve our processes, products and services, and consistently meet the expectations of our clients. This policy sets out the principles that form the framework for achieving our objectives.
For us, quality is synonymous with client satisfaction, with the client and all their needs at the centre. We also take into account the requirements and expectations of other stakeholders, and we respond to both external and internal opportunities and risks.
Interoplab considers itself an expert in its market, and this expertise is reflected in each individual team member. Our employees have diverse competencies and are given the opportunity to follow courses and training to develop these further. Through collaboration and knowledge sharing, we cultivate collective expertise and keep learning from one another.
To make this tangible and demonstrable, we have chosen to certify our quality management system under ISO 9001. Our baseline is to at least meet the requirements of our stakeholders and applicable legislation.
